Who we are

Doorvo is operated by Logi Way LTD, which also operates GETWAY.

The service

Doorvo gives business owners (couriers and field technicians) a booking page, a day list, a customer list and payment tracking, so their customers can request jobs.

Accounts

• You sign in with your email.
• You are responsible for the information on your page, including services, prices, areas and hours.
• Do not publish details you are not entitled to publish.

Customers and bookings

A booking is an agreement between the customer and the business owner. Doorvo provides the tool and is not a party to the service itself. A time or price change applies only after the customer approves it.

Free use

The service is free. Some resources have quotas, and a team is limited to 5 people. If this ever changes, we will notify users in advance.

Payment tracking

The payment list is a tracking aid, not a tax invoice or accounting record.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, abuse or attempts to break the service.
• No sending of unwanted messages through Doorvo.
• We may limit or suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available. Travel times are estimates. We may update these terms; the current version is on this page.
