What is Doorvo?
Doorvo is a booking page and day planner for couriers and field technicians. Customers book from your link, and you run your day from one list.
Is Doorvo free?
Yes. Everything is free: page, bookings, day list, customers and payment tracking. There is no credit card and no trial that stops.
Is everything unlimited?
No. A team can have up to 5 people, and costly resources such as photos and map lookups have quotas.
Do my customers need an app or an account?
No. They open your link in the browser and book. They get an email with a personal link for the status.
How are the offered times chosen?
Times consider your hours, your other jobs, travel between them and how long the work takes. Travel time is an estimate.
What if the address cannot be found?
The booking arrives as a request for you to approve, and the customer is told it is not confirmed yet.
Can I change the time or price after booking?
Yes, but the customer must approve a new time or an extra price before it applies.
Can I work with a team?
Yes. Invite workers by email. Each sees their jobs, you see everything. If someone is removed, the job history stays.
Do I need GETWAY?
No. GETWAY is optional and used for routes when you have many stops. Sending stops to GETWAY currently works for GETWAY team managers.
Does it work without internet?
Your saved day stays on the phone. Actions you take offline wait and sync when you are back online. If there is a conflict, it goes to the manager.
How are customers notified?
By email with a personal link, and optionally by push notification. No SMS or WhatsApp is needed.
Is the payment list a tax invoice?
No. It is a tracking list you can export to CSV or print. It is not a tax invoice.
Which languages are available?
English and Hebrew are reviewed. Other languages are machine translated and marked as not reviewed.
Where is my data stored?
On a server in the EU (AWS eu-central-1). See the privacy page for details.
