Changing a time or adding an extra price
For business owners
You can propose a new time, or an extra price when the work needs more than planned.
A change never applies on its own. The customer gets an email with a personal link and must approve the new time or price explicitly. Opening the email alone changes nothing.
- Until they approve, the original booking stays as it was.
- If they decline, the original stays.
- Once they approve, the new time or price is saved on the job.
For technicians this is how extra work is handled: describe it, set the extra price, and wait for the customer’s approval before doing it.
