Doing a job: on my way, arrived, done
For workers
Your day list shows the next job first. Each job moves through simple steps:
- On my way: the customer is told you are coming.
- Arrived: you are at the address.
- Done: the job is finished.
For a delivery with pickup and drop-off, the pickup comes first. Finish the pickup, then go to the drop-off. If the order has several recipients, each drop-off is its own stop.
Technicians can add before and after photos to the job. If extra work or a higher price is needed, ask the customer to approve it first.
Tap a step only when it is true. The steps are saved on the job as its history.
