Confirming or declining a request
For business owners
Some bookings are confirmed automatically. Others arrive as a request that needs your approval.
A request needs you when:
- the address was not found,
- travel time is unknown,
- you chose manual approval for the service,
- the service is by quote.
In these cases the customer is told it is a request, not a confirmed time, so nobody is promised something the system could not check.
Open the request to see the details. Confirm it to book the time, or decline it. For a quote, send the price; the visit is booked after the customer agrees. Decline politely and the customer gets an email.
