How customers book (no app needed)
For customers
Customers book from your link in their phone browser. They do not install an app and do not create an account.
The booking is a few short steps:
- What and where: the service, and the address (for a delivery, pickup and drop-off).
- When: times that fit your day, or a request if the system cannot check.
- Contact details and a final check.
Fields appear only when the earlier answer needs them. After booking, the customer gets an email with a personal link. From that link they can see the status and, by the rules you set, change or cancel.
Regular customers can reuse their details on the next booking.
