Adding a job that came by phone
For business owners
Not every job arrives through your page. When a customer calls, you can add the job yourself.
- Add a new job and fill in the customer, the service and the address.
- Choose the time.
- Save. The job joins your day list like any other.
The customer gets the same email with a personal link, so they can see the status. Adding the customer to your list means they can book through your page next time.
A job you add yourself is counted in your payment tracking like the others.
